Supply Chain Consultancy Services
Increasingly
although there are differences between them, supply
chain consultancy and interim management are
considered valid vehicles for delivering substantial business

the last three years we have developed a substantial supply

specialisms in fields as diverse as:
- Adaptive
Supply Chains

This
means that they understand the best of supply
chain consultancy intellectual property including
the most effective way to deliver business change but
they’re also no longer restricted by a “Big
Four” firm’s policy to only advising and recommending
solutions to clients. In fact they thrive on “rolling
their sleeves up” to deliver the changes themselves.
Most
often we’re able to provide clients with individuals
who have held Managing Consultant or Executive Consultant
roles, and have a greater depth of experience both technically
and in the management of change, than the “Big Four”
who by comparison are likely to offer Consultants and
Senior Consultants for higher fees for the similar roles.
Why
the synergy? Because it’s not unusual for our supply
chain consultants to have held line management positions
in several blue chip businesses and so its often easy
for someone with a supply chain consultancy
background to be very successful in an interim management
role. That said though, interim managers who don’t
have substantial consultancy experience aren’t usually
an appropriate choice for supply chain consultancy
roles.
Engaging a Supply Chain Consultant
In addition to providing interim management services, Executive Interims - Supply Chain Practice provides clients with consultants formerly from "Big Four" consultancy firms, including:
