Registering For Executive Interim Management Jobs

Supply Chain Interim Management Jobs - Registration Process

This page explains how to register for supply chain interim management jobs.

Please do not send a CV without following this registration process.

Our reputation depends heavily on our ability to provide clients with exactly the executive interim management and consultancy expertise they're looking for. To short-list supply chain executive interim managers and consultants for new interim management jobs we use our proprietary on-line skills & experience profiling tool.

Because we use the profiling tool extensively, unless we have your profile, it's unlikely that you'll be considered for interim management jobs.

Advantages of Registering for Supply Chain Interim Management Jobs

Some of the advantages of providing a profile are:

  • There's no risk of anyone at Executive Interims - Supply Chain Practice misinterpreting your CV and wrongly categorising you.
  • Your CV doesn't have to contain exactly the right keyword(s).
  • You don't have to keep in close contact with us, so that we immediately think of you when appropriate interim management jobs come up.
  • You can make sure that the details we have on file for you are always up to date, when its convenient for you, simply by entering your "Name" and "Number", pressing login and selecting "Main Database" from the site menu. You can then update your details accordingly.

Some Important Recommendations

  1. Print this page now, so that you can refer to it as you go through the registration process.
  2. Register for interim management jobs from your PC at home rather than through a business proxy server / fire-wall, which can sometimes cause problems.

How to Register for Interim Management Jobs

To provide a full supply chain expertise profile on-line, in the "Free Candidate Registration" page enter your name email and phone numbers etc. and full details of two recent professional referees. Referees must be people for whom you have worked (not peers).

Providing these details will give you access to the "Steps To Complete Your Registration" menu within the "Main Database". Please note that unless full contact details for the two referees are provided, the system denies access to the profiling tool. Please also note:

  1. If your name contains an apostrophe (e.g. O'Toole) do not enter the apostrophe (e.g. OToole).
  2. Keep the details of your "Name" and "Number" that we email to you (after you complete the Free Candidate Registration page) in a safe place, so that you can log in and update your details at any time in the future.

Once inside the "Main Database" environment, within the "Steps To Complete Your Registration" menu, select "Main Details" to tell us where you live, what daily rates you're looking for etc..

Then select "Skills and Experience" to begin to build up your profile in each of the following categories:

    • Expertise, Experience and Skills
    • Roles And Scope of Responsibility
    • Industries in Which You Have Worked
    • Languages
    • Qualifications
    • Countries

Please note that there are limits to the number of boxes you can tick in each category. Exceeding these limits is likely to cause your profile to be ignored in searches.

Do also check that for every selected skill, role, language etc., that you've specified your "level" of expertise. For example...

...if you've selected "Purchasing Management" as one of your areas of expertise, then we need to know whether you've been "Trained In" it, have "Some Experience", "Good Experience" or perhaps you're an "Expert"?

Now select the "Send Us Your Updated CV" link. Please note that the format of the CV is much less important to us than ensuring the content of the CV is automatically linked to the profile that you have just submitted in our database. So, to ensure your CV is automatically linked to your profile...

...please select the SECOND option on the menu "Send a text version of your CV", follow the instructions on the page and then select "Send".

If you experience problems with this, it may be helpful to paste your CV from Word into the Microsoft Notepad text editor first (usually in the All Programs > Accessories folder) and then cut and paste the CV content from Notepad as described above.
