This seminar will be one of a series run around the UK focusing on the issues and solutions giving executive interim managers the competitive edge that brings success.

Speakers

Nick Duncan is a practising executive interim manager, a founding Board member of the Institute of Interim Management, a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an approved instructor for the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Nick has held senior sales & marketing appointments across broad industry sectors, including agriculture, automotive, construction, electronics, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. He will share his knowledge and experience in self-marketing to win the assignment.

Dennis Cox, CEO of Risk Reward Ltd, a strategy and risk consultancy, was formerly Director, Risk Management at HSBC Operations Risk Consultancy, and Global Risk Director at Prudential Portfolio Managers Ltd. He is also currently Chairman of IMSIG, the ICAEW’s Interim Management Special Interest Group. He will focus on the risks executive interim managers accept when they take on a client, and what should be done to mitigate those risks, to protect their reputation and livelihood.

Stephanie Campbell, Director of Impact Executives, will give the provider’s view of what makes a good executive interim manager through adding value beyond completion of the assignment itself.
